Frequently asked questions

  • Is it free?

    Yes. Every algorithm, the player and the code in every language are free, and so are the free components. Pro will add hands-on extras on top.

  • What will Pro include?

    Coding challenges in JavaScript and Python that run in your browser, advanced comparison between algorithms, and saved inputs. Prices are announced at launch.

  • Are these the same animations as the videos?

    Yes. The site and the videos are rendered from the same algorithm spec, so what you watched is what you replay here.

  • Can I use my own input?

    Yes. Type your own values into the player and it traces the algorithm on them, step by step.

  • Which frameworks do the components come in?

    React and plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Pro components are React-only for now.

  • Is there a dark mode?

    Yes. The site follows your system setting, and the moon button in the header switches it.
